when should I expect gcms notes email letter?

Hi there, I applied for gcms notes on October 4th 2016 and I received confirmation email from 'access to privacy act" that same day.. now I am wondering when should I expect to receive the gcms notes via email as I selected email option.

Suppose to be 30 days from the date of application. Some people have reported it going over that - few others said they get within 30 days. I expect you should get it by first week of Nov, if not email them and request status of notes.
