When should I apply for degree evaluation?

Hi, guys!
I'm new here, so forgive me if I post this question in the wrong place.
I just have one question.
I want to make my profile for express entry in July, and I need to evaluate my degree first. But WES say that they send the results directly in IRCC. What if I haven't apply in IRCC by the time they get my results?
When should I apply for the evaluation? Thank you so much!

It's done electronically. No need to worry about when your evaluation will be reveivre

It dosn't matter if WES send the evaluation electronically before you actually create your EE profile... Once WES is done they will send you thier report via email and u need to quote the report number on your EE application . Also make sure you have a valid IELTS result cos you will need to enter details of your result in EE too
