when parents sponsorship re-opens on january 2014

Hi,

I have heard that parents sponsorship re-opens by january 2014.my mom is here in canada with supervisa (allowed to stay for 2 years).I just want to get ideas if it is possible for me to apply her sponsorhip while she is still here in canada or does she need to exit canada before i can do it?I am planning to submit her sponsorship when it re-opens. :-\.Please help

They will change the rules somewhat when they open the sponsorship again but I find it unlikely that they will make it a requirement for parents to leave in order for you to apply.

May I know pls what kind of visa your mama have? I mean the the category? because the agent told me that if the visa have PG-1 Category, they need to have a return ticket. is it true? Thank u Myza!
