Now we can monitor statistics in the October spreadsheet, we can see applications influx rate, IRCC processing speed, and we can make some predictions. And of course all those October 16. applicants whining where is my AOR need some condolences. Here are my estimates by when the majority (95% +) of applicants will receive their AORs:
