When is the next mail?

Anyone putting PR application through Beijing Office? I did so a year ago. I got the acknowledgement letter showing the embassy did receive it. NOW - anyone having an idea when i can recieve the next mail from the embassy requesting my documents? I tend to think that Beijing office is very busy and may take ages to read from the embassy..anyone used or using Beijing Canadian embassy?

It is almost 5 years task in case of China.

It is long wait indeed these days. Just keep your mind off it and shortly it will be like yesterday.

I guess that happens once you get your PR... it doesn't seem like yesterday to me... I guess that's because I'm counting the days hoping to get my passport request
