This will be my first PR Card which I have not yet received. My application was sent back and they asked for all forms to be filled out again, pay PR card fees again and submit new photographs. My question is do I need to still fill out the solemn declaration form that is with the PR card application forms already? Does this apply with my situation, I don’t think so but I still wanted to make sure. ( I’ve never received any issue date whatsoever or any confirmation that my PR card has been mailed out to me so it wouldn’t make sense to fill out that form right?) Im just confused with the part that says fill out the solemn declaration form if its been more than 180 days and you’ve not received your pr card yet)
