How long did they give you to provide the remed?...its normally 30-90 days before they will review your case...check the dates on your request for meds...

they demaded my remedical on 15th of August 2015 and I done it on 6th September 2015. now 95 days has gone :(

How long did they give you to get the medical?....Most of the letter say you have 30 days...45 days...90 days to submit the medical...if its past 90 days from the date of the request email CIC and ask if they have the info...you can also contact your MP....I know that CIC could not open the attachment in the emedical file for us and when all was said and done the CIC dr ended up having to mail/courier the Medical to Ottawa..that process took from 27MAY2015 to 05NOV2015....that was 162 days countless emails and phone calls time off of work and money..its now Dec 11 and we still have nothing.....

Yikes...between that, the interview...you've been through the ringer. When I got all the paperwork from my new medicals I scanned it and sent everything to Ottawa. I had 30 days to do it, got everything done and sent on day 13. That was a couple of days ago, so we'll see...I keep hoping it'll get done quickly...

and we did medical upfront in March 2014!!...lol...I am laughing today but most days I am not!...CIC will review your Meds in the 30 to 90 days...If I were you I would send an email and make sure they could open the medical attachment.....Just ask if the 2nd medical has been rec'd...they will take 10 to 30 days to get back to you unless your case manager happens to see your email...

I am hoping part of the reason it takes 30-90 days is because they put something on the file that says they should go check after that time, based on the deadline they give you. But nowhere in the instructions does it actually indicate that you can or should send any of the paperwork to them once the new medicals are completed. So I'm hoping that by scanning and sending everything before the 30 days are up that it speeds up the process.

When I emailed everything, I replied to an email that had been sent to me in response to a question I sent in mid-October, so I'm hoping it has a better chance to get to the officer that way.
