when ECAS is avaiable?

hi there 8)
finally i submited and paid : for application...
i did it yesterday (22June) and received AOR after few seconds.

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
A final decision has been reached Not Started

But i cant log in into ECAS. ( Client Application Status - We were not able to identify you using the information you provided)

I used application number, everything seems correct.
should i wait some time to get an access into ECAS? How it works?

It can sometimes take days or weeks. Try again in a couple days.

maybe do you know how looks movement right now? on wchich applications cic works? i saw yesterday that ppl with AOR in april have changes on profiles. so i expect that mine starts changing in late august. now is no rush for me. just wait on msg from cic. i hape to hear only good info

It all depends on the number of applications they're processing as well as how much time goes into each application. You should start to see something in a few weeks at least; most people do. My medicals passed about a month after submission but others passed in days or just a couple weeks. Everyone's application is different. Just give it time. Good luck!
