When does the "6 Months" countdown start?

IRCC states that they "process 80% of complete applications in 6 months or less".
Just like the title implies, any idea when does that countdown start?
Is it from AOR? Meds Passed? NA1?...

From the R10 completeness check. At this point an analyst will validate whether you have submitted all the documents as needed and then put you in queue on GCMS. This happens generally within first month of the application. The R10 date may be near to the Medical passed status. You can know R10 status only from GCMS notes or else use medical passed date as the start of 6 month period.

When R.10(Document completeness) stage is cleared....
