When did you first come to live in Canada in the form

Hi,
While filling the 6B in the form, what is the date for "When did you first come to live in Canada"? Is this pre-PR time?

I came to Canada first time as PR in june 2010 stayed here for 3 weeks and left. Then I came back in April 2011 and since then living here. Will this date be June 2010 or April 2011?

I will be calling CIC to get this clarified.
It should be the date on which you established residence in Canada [April 2011]
There is another field where you need to enter the PR date [June 2010]

Better to get this clarified before applying
