I submitted my applicaiton on Nov. 12, 2012 and included language proof (as new applications received after Nov. 01 will need to include either English or French proof). However, the application was sent back in Jan. 2013 as "wrong form", and required me to fill out the new form CIT0002E Feb2013. It's somehow irrational because per my memory, when I submitted my application in Nov. 2012, the new form was not even available. How could CIC ask people to fill out application on a form that's not even existing. Did anybody run into the same situation? What would your guys suggest me to do?
