When can my relative in Saskatchewan support 2nd application?

Hi guys,

The scenario is as follows:

- a relative of ours applied for SINP and he claimed points for close relative in Saskatchewan. this application is now under 2nd review.
- the website clearly states that once the existing supported nominee has reached Saskatchewan and lived there for 6 months, only then can my relative sponsor again. but in this case, the application is under review.

Any idea when can our close relative support another application in such a scenario?

Relative can support another once the first relative has PR, landed and lived in Sask for 6 months. Doesn’t matter that application Is in review. If application is refused/banned then another relative can be sponsored.
