When can I apply the CEC

Current I have a work permit from last December, I arrived and started work in Toronto from this Feb with a 2 years' offer. So when can I apply the CEC? Should I wait until I have full 2 years' experience or can I apply now?

Speaking only of the CEC program, you must have completed the 2 years of work experience BEFORE applying. You can check other programs (PNP, FSW) to see if you might qualify sooner under one of those...
