When can i apply CEC?

Hello, I will go for Canada as a postdoc researchers (2 years contract).
I have been stayed in Europe for more than 5 years.

I was wondering when can I apply CEC?

The new rules for CEC in 2013 should see a reduction from 2 to 1 year of required skilled worker experience, so you should be able to apply after 1 year of postdoc.
