When and how should I send my police certificates to CIC

I have received an AOR for my application although I did not attach my police certificate in my application. Any suggestions or advice?

When did you apply for PR - PNP ?
Because I also sent my PR application without PCC

Nov 2015. I didn't need PCC, but anyone will get a generic reminder email to send PCC, update Sch 4 and pay RPRF, and possibly more.
