Hi I submitted my application in Chennai VFS on 28th July and I tried to link my application to the CIC account and could link it only today it is mentioned as medicals Passed My application was paper based but in my account it shows online , it also says submitted date as today date is that how it is ? kindly help

You Need to link your offline application to online one on line account(create one using GC key option)...There you can see your applications real time status
