i have submitted my passport last month in london VAC then on 04july i got email that my passport has been received at ircc and is under process then on 06 july i got mail that my document status has been updated and showing my counterfoil number. but i have not got my passport yet its been 13 days now, when i can expect my passport?

i did but they said all we can say that its still under process and they ask me to wait.

yep then wait they will send you an email when it is ready to pick up there is nothing you can do apart from waiting. Atleast there is a proper system put into place through VAC.

so is it all ok or it is a matter of worry? i have seen in the videos that a person usually get his passport in a week but its almost 3 weeks now..

it is normal time due to rush because of summer holidays and there are also Ukranian applications to look after. Literally everyone from Ukraine wants to go there.
