What's the new rules regarding Changin DLI?

Hello Guys,

Please help me with this information. Can a student change the DLI to post-secondary stage after visa approval e.g Study permit approved and student started studying online and changed the DLI.

Then after few months he/she will be traveling to Canada. Is that gonna be an issue? Does the new rules allow that.

No. New rule says you have to re-apply after visa approval (if you want to change prior to going to Canada). IRCC confirmed this in a tweet to someone yesterday.
