Hi, I arrived in Canada July 25, 2017 immigrant from the Philippines. I went back to PH Oct 13, 2017 since my mom died but we got our PR and OHIP cards Nov 16, 2017. I will be back in Canada on Dec 2, 2017 as a PR already.
So heres the issue, Im pregnant and will be giving birth April 2018. I was planning to be back in PH again June 2018 with my baby. Is it possible? Because i know about the 153 days i should comply after receiving PR card. And also will my child still have OHIP benefits if he will be out of the country for a year?
If ever me and my baby can go back to PH on June 2018, i will be back in Canada after 2 months without my baby.
Is this possible? Please help me because im really lost. Thank you.
