What's taking so long?

It's been 2 weeks since I redid the meds and no email as yet to pick up visas. I thought with the new emed,stuff would be quicker, what's taking this long? Plz say something guys I'm getting crazy here lol

I think they are getting bombarded with new meds and new applications, trying to get out COPR's etc etc. And with Christmas right around the corner, mail is slow, verrrry slow. Try to be patient

Thanks Parker24 for your reply...i know they process it electronically not though the mail... im trying to be patient but its very difficult. i had to buy a playbook to stop thinking about it. lol but i still do.

My wife had her medical redone on Oct. 1st in Manila and we're still waiting for her visa. It's absolutely crazy and so hard on us both.

Not always. Some places still do it by mail. And by that, I mean medicals are sent via mail.

My husband in Morocco re-did his medicals on September 6th and by the end of the same month we got news his medicals results were received at the VO. Since then, no visa... We should have priority over the other applicants as we won the appeal in July. Our lawyer told us he might have it in January as every visa office has a certain number of visas they can give out in a year. She said that Rabat might have reached their maximum number for 2012

@ merlyns-tim, i think you should email the Vo about it, its been too long... my Vo told me it generally takes a month, well every VO is different... @ thanks Parker24, i was thinking that too, i have been waiting for soooooo long during the whole process and now im so tired. but the thing is they got my passport, im hoping its gonna be very soon coz i cant stay without my passport for long, i am not in my home country. @ Habibti, thanks for your reply... lets just hang in there guys, even if i say that, i really am getting crazy lol

at least its moving along. We havent heard anything and we won our appeal August. M.P. says we will be processed in Feb. I wonder how long after it gets 'processed' ? Your almost there !!!!

we had our meds redone and it took 3 months before we heard anything about it - well, we had to ask about it cause they never contacted us about it....sigh. keep hanging in there, it always takes longer than you imagine! =)
