You are being granted 30 days to provide us with proof that you have undergone new medical examinations.

congratulations on being almost done! unfortunately I don't think anybody can answer your question - as it's up to CIC, and your VO... some VO are faster than others, could be anywhere from a week to a month probably. It also depends if you are from a visa exempt, if they already have your passport etc...
