Her guys,

Can you help me out here? I can't find the correct NOC code for my job. I have already left Canada and applied but my first application was rejected since my interpretation of the NOC code did not match the job description. Please help!

Day-to-day maintenance of eWFM tool. Ensure that agents’ official schedules, staff assignments, and team assignments are accurate. Ensure that when agents do not work their official schedule (due to sick day, vacation day, etc.) that the exceptions are tracked accurately in eWFM.
Monitor attendance lines for all business groups and update daily reports as outlined for each staff group.
Monitor all business queues using the Aspect Director.
Monitors the agent statistics to ensure the agent thresholds are within acceptable.
Takes corrective action as appropriate to ensure that scheduling standards are being adhered to.
Monitor agent adherence using Aspect Real Time Adherence and Radio call outs

Other duties included;

· Generation of team meeting schedules, and assisting in the generation of training schedules as required.

What do you guy's think? 6314?

Is that an appropriate one?

The last time I applied, I put my NOC down as 0114. That was obviously rejected.

Your description doesn't sound like a manager position which is what 0114, that'd probably why i didn't go through. I couldn't really tell you which NOC you are, your best bet would be emailing hrsdc with your job description, they'd get back to you with the NOC they think would be appropriate.

Hey sp4078!

I've done that but its been more than 10 working days(Sent November 20th)! According to their automated response, they usually get back between 5-10 business days!

Is there anyone else who has done something similar? What is their usual response time? Gah, I really do not want to put this applicaiton off any longer.

If I look at the duties and responsibilities they do seem similar to both of them as well as the noc code that I chose (6314). What should I do?

Can I put more than 1 code? How do I show that the duties in my job description is similar to those in 1122 and/or 2171 and/or 6314?

You should get a reply from HRSDC soon... If you have a friend who is still with the company, perhaps they can inquire within...

I did not! This job does seem like mine however this shows up as Skill Level C in the NOC matrix! If this is right, then I'm practically screwed. When I talked to the hiring manager at my workplace, I explained how I needed a higher form of work and they gave me a promotion after I worked there for some time. He had assured me that it was in Class A or B at that time.

Damn! Has anyone gotten a response from HRSDC? How long do they usually take to answer a question like mine?
