Whats is required of my guarantor.....Urgent

I have been accepted to the fall 2016 session and I'm having issues with the guarantor section of the application. Please, I would like to find out if a relative other than my parents (cousin) can be my guarantor....if so, what documents do i have to submit to prove it other than bank statements.
