whats going on

Hello there!
I wonder if somebody could help me to explain this situation!!
filed application : July,2009
acknowledgement letter : September,2009
Documents asked : March ,2012
Document sent : June ,2012
File Completed letter : August,2012
And now on jan 2013 i got an email stating that they have received my file,Its from Mississauga ON.When i check e-status my both blocks saying that they have received my file..Its really confusing. Somebody having same trouble or somebody could help me out..Plz help me to explain this..

Did you apply under family class? you are sponsoring a spouse,parents,child,orphan..? You applied in 2009, so were you refused preciously or something?how come your file is not finalized yet? who is your visa office? if on e-status it shows application received means they have your application then click on it to see from when... You need to give more details about your case..

Yes I did apply under family class for my parents and siblings..I wasn't refused or anything..And when i check on internet they say it they received my application nothing further says..but both the blocks are open..my visa office would be in New Delhi..Dats all i can say for now/....no further information
