I have a status of foreign worker in Ontario,having 3 years work permit ( LMO ). I came as a student ,I am doing job since last 14 months and now I am eligible to apply under CEC.
I want to bring my spouse here ASAP, got married in April 2012.
Lawyer gave me 2 options
1) Apply spouse sponsorship on the basis of foreign worker spousal sponsorship and she will get open work permit !
OR
2) File my application for PR in CEC and after getting file # client ID which usually takes 3 to 4 month then add my spouse in application which will take 13 to 18 months further.
My question is Which option is best for me and reasonable that we get together asap ! please help as i am confuse now
