Hi guys i have two years of work experience of this role as per my reference letter from employer from New Zealand but i am confused weather it comes under Teer 3 or 4 like NOC B or C if anyone can give me some suggestions would be great as i am planning to claim points for express entry i am now in Canada got 1 year experience of user support technician already here are the job duties in the following:
- Completing street campaigns
- Completing in-home installations of mobile and broadband technology for customers
- Comprehensive knowledge of Spark’s product offerings, systems, tools, and technologies
- Working within our Spark retail stores
- Achieving sales and service KPI’s
- Maintaining Spark’s brand and service standards
