What would be the embassy course of action if my course admission dates expires

What would be the embassy course of action if my course/training admission dates expires meanwhile my visa application processing period, when my file is in processing in the canadian embassy?? Will the embassy simply reject my case or It will ask for new admission dates after completing my visa process???

I am very much worried about my visa application because I have submitted my file to the embassy on 5th July where my course starting date was 29th July..which is already expired now..but I still have not received any response from the embassy please confirm...

Due to the strike of PAFSO the embassies are not bound to issue visas as per normal processing timings so if your course date is expired,you will have to explain this to the concerned college/univ/institute and ask them for acceptance as you got visa late !

Alright..So you actually mean that the embassy can issue me visa in case the dates are already passed???...I was so tense & hopeless...Thanks for giving me some HOPE!! :-*

@Tinkoo : Yes they can still issue you a visa but might ask you to get another approval letter from the college/institute/univ to confirm that they will still accept you even if you are late to be enrolled in that particular course.

OK Rockyy Thanks for the help...Now I am not sure about the time it may take...As you already have informed me that PAFCO is on the strike so delays may take place...But still how much time approximately they may take to process my application???

Can you tell us what happened with your canadian visa? Did you get it?

I have a same case scenario as yours, I am iranian student in US applying for canada study permit. It will expires next 5 days, and I do not know submit my visa application with that or wait for my deffer letter and then apply
