What will happen if I don't get visa in time for fall session?

I applied for my visa on 31st July from Jeddah, reached Riyadh around 4th August. I want to know what will happen if I do not get my visa in time for the fall session?

most probably they will issue visa before ur admission date and there is no problem if u arrive canada few days later from ur course starting date.
and if ull not get it then u can mail the college ppl and can shift ur intake frm fall to winter.
but dont worry ull get it before itself

You have to defer your admission if you get visa lately. But check with your institution if they allow just 5-7 days late only.

I am also in the same situation...applied to embassy in Riyadh..on inquiry reply said applications need clearance from central administration...what does it mean?I applied with dependent kids have received approval for them but Im still waiting...can any experienced member comment

I am also waiting.I did apply under university category on july 18 through VFS Delhi and my application was reached on july 19 at CHC in new delhi..I got verification call on 27th july since then I have been waiting..No idea at all.. what is happining there

it is not 100% that u will get an answer from embassy before the start of your classes.

like in my case, they sent my passport after 1 month of classes, so i had to take the next term.
