What will be the % chances that my LMO turns green? Help Plz

Hi everybody,

This is Vj from Chennai, India. I got employment offer from my prospective employer in Canada.

Further to this my employer has also applied for LMO. Canada LMO office has replied that it will take normal processing days to process the LMO.

My NOC falls in to the category of -2241 Electrical & Electronics engg.

What will be the % chances that my LMO turns green? I am diploma holder in Electronics & Communication

Do i need to appear for ILETS? Please advice.

There are so many steps in the process. Congrats on getting to this stage. Look at the job posting. Go through every requirement. Do you have the qualifications? Do you have references to prove you have sufficient work experience doing this job in the past three years? Do they specify English proficiency and do you have IELTS proof? Look closely at EACH point and be prepared with your proof. Your next hurdle after the LMO is approved will be to get the work permit. Unless you are going to apply for PR directly you will need a temporary work permit. You must convince the VO that you have compelling reasons to return home. Read all you can about TRV refusals so you can make your application a strong one. Good luck.
