What To Write Under ' Tuition Costs ' If You've Already Paid For The Final Courses? (Study Permit Extension)

I'm currently doing my final courses in my program, however my study permit expires before the program ends, so I've applied for extension.

However, when I was filling out the form, it asked me for proof of funds and also asked me to put down the ' Tuition Cost '. I've already paid for the final courses. I did not know if I should put ' 0 ' in there. So I put down the approximate cost of a semester. Because if I do fail my current courses, I will have to repeat them the next semester in order to finish the program.

Was this the right thing to do? If I pass the courses, then I won't have to pay any additional fees to finish the program. I'm very nervous about my answer. Should I withdraw my application or am I overthinking this?
