I would like to inquire about filling Schedule A Background/ Declaration form, and the question is as follow:
- I have a health issue, and I will say "yes" to answer the last question in section "6" which is asking about if I had any health issues; if I answer yes, would that effect my application being accepted?
p.s. my health is not infectious nor prevent me from being able to work.
