What to take for medical exam after ITA?

Hi everyone,

Please has anyone done medicals after receiving an ITA from EE? Or if there is anyone aware of the process.
I am wondering if there are any forms we have to print (from the application page or elsewhere) to take along for me, spouse and child.
Also if there are any tips for medicals.

No just take your passport, everything is taken care of by the doctor including the forms
