Hi Guys,
I have received my passport and CPR yesterday and plan to Landing at rainbow bridge on Thursday.
After viewing the letter attached with CPR, I didn't see any information regarding what to prepare and bring for the landing besides passport and CPR.

Anyone can give me some advise and share their experience? I applied under CEC by the way.
Thank you very much.

3. Take Bank Statement - In Case they ask
4. Take Address Proof - Driving License.

All you need is at this link my friend. It's from CIC's website. I'm in the same shoes with you. I'm waiting for my passport that's why I made some research. I'm waiting to hear from my lawyer about Flag Polling. If it's still allowed by CIC then I will go Niagara falls to complete my PR process.

Please share your experience here after you complete your PR process at the Rainbow Bridge.

Good luck.

I forgot to take them. I realized that when I got there but then they didn't ask. But work permits, driver's licence (ID with address) and passport/CoPR are pretty much a must.

Yes most of the Times they wont ask , and it depends on CBSA officers day/mood , What if they ask , Its better to be prepared rather than regretting it later.

This like makes reference to folks already in Canada, what about those coming in to do their landing?

Looks like these are the things need to bring/

In either case, you will have to show the officer:

your passport, travel or identity document (including your visa counterfoil [IMM 1346], if you have one), and
your COPR, immigration document, letter of introduction or any instructions from the Canadian visa office, and
your proof of legal status in Canada, such as a valid work permit, study permit, temporary resident permit, or visitor document, or any immigration document you have (whether valid or not), and
proof of implied status (if you applied to extend your stay before it ended). Proof of this status may include:
payment receipt,
copy of your application to extend your stay,
printout of online application, or
proof of mailing.

I brought them during my landing but the CBSA officer only asked for the landing paper and passport. The two families in front of me had to show bank statements, parents job offer, and kids school enrollment letter thou. And then different applicants, the two females on another line were missing a single document and were stuck there for at least half an hour.

It maybe better to come prepared than being sorry. Pretty much you are helping them to help yourself! Good luck...

Hi all,

I just came back from rainbow bridge for landing.
The officer didn't ask anything from me, the only thing he asked is write down my address on a paper. The whole process took about 1 hour include walking through the bridge.
Overall it was a great and easy experience for me.

Good luck to all of you guys.
