what to mention in spouse work history

I have one question, my husband doesnt work in any organization.Earlier he was running small IT set up but from past 2 years he is import export business of fashion jewelry. What should I mention in the ee for this?

You can select as self employee.

I did but there are option like dates and noc selection should I leave them as it is...please advice..

There is one more question my father has his relative in canada ..can I add them as relative in EE?
