What to include as proof of will return to home country

My nephew is 24 and is working in dubai. His TRV was rejected saying they are not satisfied that he will return after the end of his stay.

Does anyone have any tips of what we can include to prove that he will definitely leave?

P.S. & he doesn't have assets.

His age and the fact that he doesn't have assets will likely make it difficult for him to be accepted.

He should include the following proof if he has it: proof of propety rental / ownership, proof of employment including a letter from his employer confirming he is going on vacation for a specific period of time and when he will be returning, proof of immediate family left behind and not going on the trip (immediate family is a spouse or children, immediate family is not parents or siblings), proof of school enrolment and fees paid, proof that he has traveled to other countries where a visa was required and returned home at the end of his visit.
