Hello everyone,
Recently I received a letter from CIC for the Immigration Appointment. Is that a good news? What do we need to do there? And if in scenario my PR gets approved, how long until I have my PR card?
Thanks for your help.

Congratulations. If you mean the landing interview
u will See in the letter of the interview appointement that you Will need :

Your sponsor must be there with you too .he will just need his ID where it shows his current adress. My friend just did the landing interview it was in 10 min. They will ask regular questions that u already answered in your forms when u submitted ur application.
The pr card u will received in 6-8weeks after your landing interview and of course u will be approved and give u the confirmation of permanent residency.
