What to do ?

I made a mistake in my FSW application which i sent them. I sent an official translation of my father ID card which had my grandfather's name on it. I did that coz i wanted to prove relationship with my uncle who is a canadian citizen. But instead of Father's name on his translation it says Husband's name. Now I'm thinking would ppl reviewing my application have enough sense that it cant be husband's name and would have to be Father's name. Can i send them another copy of the translation with the correction ?

Send another one with a covering letter mentioning the error on the previous one.

Thanks for the reply.

I applied in November 2010 and as yet don't have a file number or a reference number. Should i wait for that before sending the correction?
Just wondering how they would recognise my application without a file number number or reference number.
