I niticed in my passport that my last trip was not stamped by the CBSA crossing in Coutts, AB (they told me that I relly didn't need it). But since I keep reading posts about CIC officers being sticky about passport stamps, I requested crissing info rom CBSA.

Should I send a copy with my application or wait with it until they request it at test time?

Last I checked the citizenship application form clearly states not to send CBSA reports to CIC...they will ask for it directly from CBSA based on your consent on the application form.

Then keep the document until they request it before test time? I have been reading in these posts that this is becoming the nprm even when the applicant definitely has way over the amount of days for residency.

Yes, you need to keep that CBSA report and take it with you on the test date. As mentioned earlier CIC will obtain it from CBSA you only need to make sure you take it along with you on the test day as sometimes the CIC officer may not have theirs with them and if anything missing and you nor them dont have the CBSA report then they gonna put off your oath.

Yup! That requirement is still in place. Don't send the CBSA report. As long as you have counted the days out of Canada correctly... Don't worry. Missing stamps can be easily explained with a valid explanation.

Even if the passport is not stamped the CBSA officer scans your PR card and to confirm that you can order CBSA reports for yourself to check your CBSA entries. You are not required to send your CBSA reports to CIC. It would be just for your personal reference only. You just need it in case if you have doubts about your entries or if you don't exactly remember your dates of entries.
