What to do with CRS 438

Hey guys, made my profile in october 2017, I am aware that there are a lot of candidates at 438 and that is why I haven't recreated it for OINP (yet) .

Considering there are a lot of candidates joining the pool 440+ , what is the hope for 438? Should I opt for PNP or should I just do a 1 year course in Canada? CRS 438 is with CLB 9 and 3 years of experience.

Any help/prediction is appreciated.

Because of a steady number of applicant entering the pool you would have to either wait for draw to fall to that score.If you want a lifeline take the oinp, if you get one and move ahead

Do you have any chance of improving IELTS? I read somewhere in the forum where applicant with 437 sat for IELTS till he got higher points. He is now on 444 and about to receive ITA.
