What to do when not receiving Biometrics Instruction Letter despite payment and application approved to current biometrics expiry date?

Hello everyone,
I applied to extend my visitor record in Canada on July 5, 2024. In the application, I requested for the Biometrics Instruction Letter and paid the $85 fee in the application.
The letter never came.
Instead, they approved the application to the current biometrics expiry date (August 25, 2024).
What can I do to receive the BIL?
Any advice and recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I HAVE A SIMMILARY PROBLEM i submitted the application and paid $185 as application processing charges. transaction is approved and amount deducted from my account. however, application status showing pending, not submitted. Do anyone know why its showing pending after the payment?
