What to do to start my own online teaching school?

I have desire to start my own 3D Animation online school.I am planning to do it alone from a start, and from home, no office for now. What should i do, and who should i ask? I want this school to be legal.

How to register this school as private/small business?
Can i run this from my home, or i need to have office?
Do i need to give certificate for finished studies?

It would be a good idea both for taxes and legal reasons to register a business. You can register a sole proprietorship, or limited liability company. The second is more expensive but more protective and better for taxes. I suggest you chat to a lawyer and accountant about figuring out the best structure for your needs.

You can most certainly run it from home.

Giving a certificate is up to you, but I suspect that your students will require some evidence that they have completed your course for their resumes.
