What to do? Original Birth Certificate not returned by CHC Islamabad

Spousal sponsorship approved but original birth certificate not returned. Wrote an email to CHC Islamabad but no reply received. The presence of original birth certificate is also mentioned in gcms note. Now I am in Canada and the birth certificate may be required for super visa application for my parents. Please advise what I should do in this case. Should I get duplicate from municipality? Or ?

They should've sended it to you. They mail it back to the adress provided in the application. From my guessing it might have been lost in the mail. Contact CIC to what they have to say about this

Thanks@sohaib1 , I wrote an email but no reply, what else can be done? Documents transferred from Mississauga to Islamabad to Ottawa to Islamabad to London. Can any one advise what can be done. Thanks
