I am applying through EE under the FSWP. I lived 1 year in USA so I have to request a police check from there (I am not a US citizen or resident, I am currently living in the UK).
What should I do if only this police check does not come back on time/within the 60 days from the ITA?
Further details:
I am expecting to receive the police check from the FBI in about 112 days from now(maximum expected wait). I will apply for OINP French SW in 40 days from now and then once they approve, I have 60 days to complete my application to Canada. So as you can see if I include processing time of the OINP French SW to accept, then I have just enough time(if they take 12 days to make there decision and accept me).
What would be the best thing for me to do at this stage?
