What to do if application passed processing time?

What to do if your application passed processing time? They say we can contact them if it passed average processing time and have not heard back from CIC. Some people say they don't always reply to you if you email them. Anyone have experience in contacting CIC and get a respond of why it's taking longer than average?

I'm preparing for the worse here - End of this month is my 13th month and i've heard nothing back. I dont expect to hear anything back anytime soon. 1st VO concerns that i don't have enough work experience and isnt convinced that I worked as Executive Assistant but they didn't ask for anything for me to prove I'm qualified. I found out through GCMS notes that they needed Police certificate and sent it in without any request. I've also sent in a updated employment letter to make myself feel better.

I would like to know as well. Application received 28 April 2014. At the end of this month it'll be 13 months since AOR. I would like to take action, seriously it seems like they don't care at all. So stressful.

In the email reply I got last week from CIC, they says the average processing time of CEC is 15 months. We could do nothing but wait.

Darasingh- did u got MR? What ur gcms notes say? Some ppl in April are getting MR request recently. Some get it in bt their 13th and 14th month.

Everything seems fine expect the second VO mentioned that the business address I worked for is a residential building. I didn't send in an explanation letter because my rep told me to wait. I did upfront medical last month.

The waiting game is killing me. Yeah I know most of April applicant who are receiving their medicals have the same time as me, which worries me even more. Why don't they move my file forward or atleast ask for documents or reject it lol. atleast do something!

There is nothing we can do except waiting till we hear form them.I can understand ur pain , even i am in the same situation

Not all businesses, especially start-up, have the fund to rent a commercial space that is 2x more expensive. I think it shouldnt be a problem. I know they check my employer's website and said its verified.

as per my gcms , the vo mentioned the duties are generic and all the duties does not match the selected NOC and referred to second review in june 2014.

I admire your patience my friend. I guess all we can do is to wait and cross fingers they don't forget about our application.
