what to do if a Company you worked for shuts down.

out of curiousity because a friend asked..does anyone know what can be done if you already apply for a pr but the company where you worked shut down. Will it be a problem as to whether that work experience counts or not ? Thanks

i don't think that experience will be an issue.

i am sure on the experience letter they would have mentioned the company address and contact details which could be verified online.
they might have issues confirming the employment, unless it is already verified.

when was the app filed ? i think if the application was already filed then gcms can help determine if the eligibility/employment has been verified. if the app is yet to be filed, then some expert advice is required.

The app was filed last year but in ont think eligibility has been started yet. But the job letter and t4 was attached with the app.
