I need to file PR for self and family under CEC. What to do for my 6 yr old daughter who has USA passport/USA citizen? I meant I must PR for her hete or no need? If I have to, after getting and Citizenship do I need to handover her USA passport to Canafa Immigration to take Canada passport ?

Please advise.

You will need to apply for her PR, just like any other foreign national.

Neither the US nor Canada requires exclusive citizenship. When she renews her passport, she does have to inform the US government that she has taken up a second citizenship - but dual US/Canadian citizenship is quite common and won't raise any issues for her on either side's part.

Note that it will take at least 3 years after she becomes a permanent resident of Canada before she can apply for Citizenship in any case. Thus, you have lots of time before you have to worry about it. Presently it seems to take several years to obtain Canadian citizenship, so she will likely be a teenager by the time she is even eligible to obtain a Canadian passport.
