What to do? Extend Visitor Pass? - Processing Family Member Sponsor -

I am a bit confused. Hoping I can get some help here.

Background:

My application to sponsor my wife from the USA is being processed at the moment. Right now she is on a visitor pass. I am trying to figure out does she now need to extend her visitor pass?

Calling into immigration and hoping to get an agent is near impossible - has been so far.

1. Yes, she applies to extend her status.

You can go to this link and it will guide you through applying online or mailing your applicatiom. Online is faster & easy.
