What to do before my 1 year post graduation work permit expires?

I completed my 1 year program as PSW, and got 1 year post graduation work permit that will expire next year August 2018. What should I do next to extend my work permit? Should I find an employer that is willing to process LMIA?

That is your only option if you want to continue working. You need to find an employer who is willing to submit LMIA application. Note that processing time is 4 to 6 months so you should be prepared.
