what to do after b.pharm in india?

hi i am vilakshan patel. i have completed my b.pharm in india from ms unversity. i am looking to study further in canada. my questions are:
which one is better pg diploma in pharmacy technician or master in health adminstration?
for example if i do pg diploma in pharmacy and then passed the PEBC exam for license then will there be rise in salary ?
