Hello Friends,
I have received an ITA on 8th February. I have created this profile only because I am getting 452 points if I put my wife as a non-accompany.
On other hand I also have one more profile where I have put as my wife will accompany me and I have 428 points in that.

In my 452 points profile, I have declared that I am married but I had put "NO" when it asked that will your spouse accompany you?

Now when I fill the application form it ask me that "why spouse not accompanying?". What to answer?
My only reason was that I was getting more points. But, I cannot present it to IRCC.

Please provide me what can be the valid answer to that question.

Thank you

Well, there is no valid answer to that question. The truth is not a valid reason, and anything else would be misrepresentation.

Is your wife already in Canada, or still in your home country?

My wife is in Canada and living with me.
As I cannot tell IRCC the true reason, what is the best you can recommend from your knowledge?
Give me couple of examples.

Thank you.

Sorry, you don't have a chance. She's already here, accompanying you. You can't now claim that she's not accompanying you. And I would never recommend misrepresentation.

Have you done everything you can to maximize points? (e.g.has she taken the language exam? Done the ECA?). That would be my only recommendation, to decline the ITA, and try to boost your points.

I agree with jes_ON. You have to include your wife as accompanying. You unfortunately have no choice but to decline the invitation.

Buddy - You have no option other than declining your invitation because this is a subject of misrepresentation or misleading the immigration officer and I trust you know the consequences.

Best approach here is to wait for the invitation to arrive at 428 point.

I hope this will help.

Thanks,

Thank you
